		<description>Reading this post can at first seem disappointing. I applaud you on your decision to do something about reshaping your body. Fortunately, there are plenty of resources online that will give you an expert information on the right diet and nutritional program.

I don&#039;t know anything about a Zumba restaurant... but it sounds a great idea. However, I do know about Zumba dance classes and they are an excellent way to burn off calories and have fun.

Don&#039;t get discouraged just do cardio 3 to 4 times per week and reduce your caloric intake by 500 calories per day and you&#039;re well on your way to getting the body you want.
