My blog has been nominated for a Blogger’s Choice Award in the categories of Best Humor Blog and Best Blog About Stuff.

OK, so I nominated my own blog, but that’s perfectly legal and aboveboard. You can’t sit around and wait for things to happen, y’know. Anyway, if you’d like to vote for my humble blog in either or both categories, see the links below. I probably can’t compete with I Can Has Cheezburger or Boobs, Injuries, and Dr. Pepper, but a couple of votes would make me smile and might result in fewer posts about Vicodin.

But what if I win?

Winners in each respective category will be recognized at a one-of-a-kind awards ceremony on November 10, 2007, at PostieCon in Las Vegas. After the ceremony, the results will be posted at BloggersChoiceAwards.com.

So . . . no prizes, I guess. No money, no trophies. Just sweet, sweet fame. Among blogs.
