I Have Great Ideas

A shingle such as this makes an excellent dog poo scraper-off-er!
And with all the money you’ll save by not buying a real dog poo scraper-off-er (. . . ?), you can buy a new pair of shoes, because I guarantee, you won’t be wearing these again.
Just another great idea from JD!

Dude, that is funny. My boss looked at me as I laughed out loud in the office.
Definite keeper.
Mike
I’m crying. I gotta learn to read these things BEFORE I have to meet with clients. “Why are you laughing so hard?”
A shoe, a poo and a shingle.
ICB (if I may be so bold as to call you by your initials): Thanks! Glad you stopped by and got a laugh out of your visit. Did you share with your boss?
Kathy: See, this is where my “I Do Things” format is kind of a drag. “A Shoe, a Poo, and a Shingle” would’ve made a much better title.
Glad you got a laugh out of it. Be sure to share the poo story with your clients!
No, it was just fine the way it is. Kind of a time-release post. It just kept getting better as I scrolled down!
I don’t know, I’m kind of think Sh!t On A Shingle would have made a pretty good title too.
HA! Good one, Jeff! I gotta rethink this whole “I Do Things” thing.
OK, You win “most random topic of the week” – a title I’m sorry I have to surrender this week, but wow. Hilarious.
By the way…tag, you’ve been memed.
every picture tells a story…..
i like the way you spin a yarn!
Would that be an emission from the adorable Gus or is it some strange from a neighborhood creature?
Because it makes a difference you know.
Hey, Random Yak! Good to hear from you. So, yeah, I guess this was kind of a random topic, all right. Glad you liked it.
Tag–I’m it! I’ve been memed. I’ll check out this meme business and get right on it. Thanks!
Thank you, Sandwriter! Maybe I could’ve told a more appetizing story, but this was the story that had to be told. Thanks for stopping by.
Cardiogirl! Yes, it certainly does make a difference!
Gus would never…emit outside. That lovely deposit belongs to a phantom dog who has been using our backyard as his personal toilet for the past few years. I’ve yet to catch him in the act. Maybe he’ll hear about this post and be too embarrassed to return.
LOL!! As I was reading this in the archive I had to click on the title to read more! I wasn’t expecting a pooper scraper!! LOL!! Good one!!
danandmarsh’s last blog post..The Daily Obsession 2nd anniversary GIVEAWAY
danandmarsh: HA! No one expects a pooper scraper! Thanks for stopping by. Hope you find more stuff you like.
oh gross. i stepped in poo too, but i wasn’t wearing any shoes. that’ll teach me to pretend i’m from the south!
you should market that.
Natural: At least if you’re barefoot you can just wash off your foot. I had to throw those shoes away, even tho I’d painstakingly scraped off the poo.
Seriously, that’s funny. But what if the dog pooped in one of these expensive Sherpa pet carriers. Now that’s not funny. And I’m aggravated. Thanks for the laugh tho’.
CameronP: No, that would NOT be funny, nor would it be particularly useful in any way. I’m sorry you’re aggravated. Did you have a close and unpleasant experience with this situation?
